Spraiq does NOT store any of your meetings, messages, or personal data. All written content is used exclusively for immediate processing and then automatically deleted. Your privacy and data security are our top priority.

These Terms of Service (ToS) apply to all services of Spraiq, including one-time sessions and all paid subscriptions.

2. Service Description

What Spraiq offers:

  • Real-time AI text correction and grammar optimization
  • Two-way live translation (multi-user, multilingual meetings)
  • AI meeting summaries, action items, and file analysis

Important Notes:

  • • AI-generated corrections and translations are suggestions
  • • Legal or professional review is the user's responsibility
  • • No guarantee of completeness or accuracy
  • • Use at your own responsibility

3. Usage Rights and Obligations

You may use Spraiq for:

  • • Team meetings and collaborations
  • • Business communication
  • • Multilingual exchanges

3.2 Prohibited Use

The following uses are prohibited:

  • • Illegal or unlawful content
  • • Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
  • • Spam or mass meetings
  • • Copyright violations
  • • Abuse of technology (e.g., bypassing limits, reverse engineering)

4. Privacy and Data Security

Your meetings and data are not stored
Immediate Deletion
All data is deleted after processing

5. Cancellation and Withdrawal

  • Cancellation possible anytime before month end
  • Cancellation via dashboard or email
  • No cancellation periods for monthly subscriptions
  • 14-day withdrawal right for new customers

We may update these terms when necessary. Changes will be communicated via email and are considered accepted if you do not object within 14 days.
